10 New Signs you are a Digg addict

You are a Digg addict when :
1. You dream that your submission made it on the front page ( because it’s a dream, you’ll always think that the site where the news is hosted is yours ) and you wake up every 2 hours to check if your site is down from to many visits.
2. You ask your mother, father and brother to vote and even make an account for your family pet if you have more then 1 Internet connection so you can get those first precious diggs.
3. You look for the Add a friend button even when you check your mail or look around myspace, thinking that one vote can make the difference.
4. You see a great article that you stumble upon in your endless browsing adventure , take a deep breath and think : “Damn , I bet somebody submitted this already!”
5. You submit articles even when you see clearly they are duplicates but think : “That guy was a noob! , with my high ranking and my 1000 friend I can surely bring this little baby on the main page”.
6. You look around on reddit or del.icio.us and think : ” Hmm I sow this article on Digg yesterday , poor souls, they’ve also found the news in the end!”.
7. You browse userscripts.org , looking for gadgets , thinking of ways to improve your Digg experience , even if you know that most of the greasemonkey script will only cripple your browser and won’t help that much.
8. You saturate your rss reader with stupid feeds , and look around 3-4 hours a day hopping something new and interesting would come up.
9. You look at your friend list every 5 minutes hopping to see a bunch of new diggers that befriended you.
10. It’s open for submission. Did you noticed another sign of digg-addiction? Free feel to submit it.
