You can select the number of characters each of your postings will display on the main page. Its not always a good idea to present the entire post on the main page because you might want the user to browse your blog a little and look at the post on a single clean page. If the article is bigger then the maximum length you selected a link is also generated to the full content.
It allows the full control of your posts. You can delete and change posts by enabling checkbox similar to yahoo mail for example. Very useful when you want to delete a bunch of posts fast.

If you want a nice sitemap this is the easy solution. Now you can have the entire site in one single file or you can select a number of files to contain all the links. Very customizable.
4.StatTraq
A quite handy tracker. It dosn't need a separate database because it will just use the default wordpress database. You can see the a lot of information like Hit Count,User Count,Page Views,Browser,Referrer,Search Terms and IPs. It's free , it's fast and reliable. Also you can filter out your own ip and robots that spider your site from the final results.
If you have StatTraq enabled this add on is quite a must have. Now you can display based on a simple configuration most popular posts on your blog. You can also see the number of views of each post and a nice classification. The results are extracted from the tables of the Tracker above.
It's a small WYSIWYG editor for wordpress. What you get is : More image control , Quick dictionary.com and Text effects. I still can't find a pluggin that will allow text fonts to be selected but i'm still searching.
