This is the perfect DVD Movies FEED.
Using the power of Yahoo Pipes this tutorial shows you a quick and dirty way to create the perfect feed for DivX movies. What do you need : a yahoo account and some time to understand the process.
All the modules you need are provided and you can take the short path and just add the final RSS Feed to your google account using this link.
For people interested in developing this rss and take this feed to a higher level this presentation will show you a short How To that will introduce you to the power of Yahoo Pipes.
PART1
A first module we used is a rss feed that will search all the known torrents for new movie releases.

PART2
With this in our hand we can start the filtering.
The RegEx Module provided it’s used to remove the long name and format the tiltle in a way usable for our next searches. We first replace things like dots,DVD,Rip and 2007 from the title.

PART3
The next part consists in looping throw the entire feed to extract the link to IMDB page using the search yahoo module. Getting the first result for a movie title is the perfect link to the IMDB page.

PART4
We the use a 3th party site that provides the link to the movie poster. We also use another site to avoid hot linking.

PART5
With all this at our finger tips we can start the formating of the description. The final result will contain an IMDB link , a Movie Poster, a direct link to a torrent search and a movie description.

PART6
Another quick stop pit to clean our results and remove the duplicates.

PART7
This is it. A clean short feed that contains all the links you need.

If you start improving this module please post your links here so everybody could have access to the PERFECT MOVIE FEED.
